your email is through a private company, and you probably agreed to abide by their terms of use, which allows them to do this to you, so its your own fault. Freedom of speech is a protection from the government infringing on your speech, not on a private company...especially when you agreed to abive by their terms of use.

Yes they can. That is true. I am sorry about your loss. I do not know how to get your email back.

I had a similar situation happen to me. The ONLY reasons Y!A should ban someone from Y!A or Yahoo revoke an email address is for SPAM/advertisement or racial epithets.

now and again i see a query on right here announcing why do human beings no longer enable emails and not in any respect enable others to work out their Q`s and A`s. nicely that is why i don`t, interior hours of changing right into a member of i had some nut sending me abusive messages because they didn`t like one answer i gave. i'm an individual who can communicate up for myself yet i found i become spending a lot time replying to those twats who purely wanted to insult. sufficient. I didn`t come right here for that.

You have limited rights to free speech in public. But, Yahoo is a privately-owned company and offers some free services. They have certain rules you agree to when you use these services. They have the right to kick you out if you're not following the rules.

Yahoo Answers is corrupt.

Republican trolls lied to them and convinced them to delete a former acount of mine.
