I'm currently the caretaker for both my Great-Grandmother and my Grandfather. How do I go about getting Power of Attorny. I currently handle there bills, thier financial documents, and medial info.visits. However my Grandfather has fallen really i'll recently and he is the Power of Attorny for my Great Grand-Mother and himself. It was he plan to give me power of attorny of both him and his mother, we even got the papers, but it kept getting put off. Both him and my grandmother have been sick off and on. How do I go about gettiing P.O.A. if get to the point where he's to sick to sign documents, or he's in the hospital. I usually help him pay the bills but im going to need to authority to pay if he ends up in the hospital as well as become the legal authority for medical purposes.

The charge against Colonel Mendonca was thrown out of court yesterday - with two other soldiers yet to receive verdicts. The family of Baha Mousa, however still await justice of their own - they were close to it when Corporal Donald Payne - as the court heard continuously banged Mousa's against the wall as well as kicking him in the ribs, with Payne's colleagues watching...and the other detainees hearing him crying that he didn't support Saddam. Payne was acquitted of the manslaughter. We're told the authorities (id est; the government) were prepared to sacrifice innocent soldiers in the name of political correctness. How can that be...as one soldier, and his group of colleagues used their 'fear of terrorist actions' to assist in the death of Mr. Mousa laughing all the way to the pub after a day out in court, and a colonel being made to be dragged through the same courts in order to make the government look good. And the Mousa family, etc - who will speak up for them?

My passport expires this November 2007. I am back in my country for holidays and I went to renew my passport and I am returning to Australia to continue my studies in March 2007. The problem is my student visa is on my old passport. How do I transfer the student visa from the old passport to the new passport? My visa is an e-visa(electronic visa).

They can't debate economic issues, they can't debate foreign policy issues, they can't debate global warming, so instead they try to tie everything in with Bush and the Iraq War - - - the retort to 4.6% unemployment is "well that doesn't include people whose benefits have run out" and then when you post the link to the BLS website where the BLS explains that yes, you still count as unemployed if your benefits ran out or even if you never qualified for benefits, the retort to THAT is "Bush lied, people died."

Is that their white flag?

My girlfriend and I where in a car accident that was caused by her grabbing the wheel. I want to know if my insurance will go up? Will her insurance cover my car for her doing such a thing? She was sighted by police. She was charged for the accident but the police where not specific about what she would be charged with. I would like to know what kind of chargeds she could be facing.

Look if you're going to comment on something, read up on it and learn how it works.

China's central bank buys Treasury securities - mostly long bonds - at auction, because it keeps foreign currency reserves. You can't put Treasurys back to the federal government. You can ask that the Fed sell your bonds FOR you at MARKET prices, at open auction. Arguably China could use this vehicle to 'dump' Treasurys but that would de-value their foreign currency reserves - it would harm them a lot more than it would harm us.

There's no put - no option to just sell back to the federal government at face value.

Yet Libs keep talking as if China or any other bondholder could do this?

Do they even know what a put IS?

Hey I have a particular Business 'Idea' ....
Well if given the right talent and the equipments I need ...Then I can make my Idea Work ...But ain't sure that will sell ... ;o)
Anyways ... What I really wanna know is that...
Can I patent such 'Idea' ...Without giving the Technical Details ???

In Iraq average 100 people die a day...Half a Million have already died in 3 years....Saddam Killed thousands of people(supported by u.s)...but was not killing anymore...no weapons..but was a dangerous man(dangerous to who??).
If we compare the lives of common Iraqi people....
would you prefer the todays iraq or iraq of saddam??

Same compare the lives of afghanis..2 million refugees..more than 100 thousand died since 2002...no peace no law...still dying..by air raids...

Taliban were strict...no good...but there was peace in country ..no popy...no war lords no air raids...but thiefs were losing their hands and murderers were their heads...but taliban were very bad ..as i have heard on cnn and bbc

FYI I think the government wouldn't tell us until they had got all their key personel out of the country and by then the ports and airports would be overrun, which means if we didn't die of rad poisoning we'd kill each other trying to get off the island...discuss
