My passport expires this November 2007. I am back in my country for holidays and I went to renew my passport and I am returning to Australia to continue my studies in March 2007. The problem is my student visa is on my old passport. How do I transfer the student visa from the old passport to the new passport? My visa is an e-visa(electronic visa).

Bring both passports or contact the closest Australian consular office to have them issued a new visa information attached to your new passport.

You need to keep both passports when traveling. The visa is still valid.

You can either carry both of your passports OR contact the Australian Embassy / High Commission in your country and ask them to re-evidence your visa in your new passport.
