Even if his father WERE a "Muslim priest," what would that have to do with the man himself? We are electing a person, not his or her parents. Also, who said we are fighting a war against "radical Muslims"? What is a "radical Muslim"? Depending on your definition, you need to be aware that many "radical Muslims" are our allies against other varieties of "radical Muslims."

No, Obama's Father died in an auto accident in Kenya when Barak was 21 years old. He did not know his father, the parents separated when he was only 2 yrs. old.
Obama was raised by his maternal grandparents, white, & never had any association with the Muslim faith until he studied it on his own when he was older. He was not raised Muslim, nor was his Father. The Muslim faith did not apeal to him.

His real Dad was a deadbeat - left when he was young.
Don't know about his other step-dad.
Considering Obama is a Christian, I'm not concerned about his faith (other than his church being over the top about being a black church).
It's his liberal stands that worry me more.
