lmao see the question about cheating!!! i thought of this when i was in grade school, and have always wanted to try it, but never had the ba**s to. it would HAVE to go back to the return address, but the thing you gotta consider is, if you mail it in michigan and you want it to reach another state, like say, florida, they'll stamp the originating post office and it'll just sit there in the dead letter office. if you're mailing within your own state, then it should happen. thanks for the chuckle!!!

I thought about doing that too, but I think they just throw it away... However, I did get a letter that did not have enough postage on it. Somehow, the mailman was nice enough to deliver it anyway.

If you are mailing it from your local post office and the return address is across country they will return it to the closest address and write you a nasty note about how it is a Federal Crime to do what you are asking.

lol thats funny i wonder if it would actually work, i have mailed letters and either the stamp came off or i forgot to put it and the letter came back to me return to sender no postage. ha haha you should try it!

you would get it back with postage due,and if they forwarded on the other person would have to pay
