I'm no Pelosi fan, but what she presided over is within the power of her office.
Now lets explore what they accomplished. They passed a non-binding resolution. Why non-binding? There are too many Democrats that know if they go on record to defund the war they will get tossed out on their ear by there constituents.

She didn't decide what powers he has, the founding fathers and our Constitution did.
Congress makes the formal declaration of war or authorizes use of force.

Nothing makes a democrat look more ridiculous than overstepping their authority.Nancy has fallen victim to her ego and the country will suffer because she is marshaling nut cases like Murtha and Kerry to push for the disarming of this country.
