Is it true that while in the army they put something in the food so that the males don't get erections? My friend said that they do it so that you aren't distracted or something, and while in Iraq he only got an erection once because of it. Is it true?

Nope.....that is one of those myths passed down thru the years. As the story went the military put something called "salt peter" in the food to decrease desire.

I worked in the kitchen in the Navy at a brig (jail) facility. They supposedly did the same thing to decrease/eliminate desire. I know from working there for over four months there is no truth to the rumor!! Besides, anything that would decrease desire would have a similar effect on aggressive behavior as well......not a good plan with men in combat!!
