In a nutshell:
Conservative = You know whats best for "you".
Liberal = The "Government" knows what's best for you.

conservatives believe they have the right to define morality and reason. they feel that Americans who are poor are to blame for their predicament, but everyone else around the world needs to be helped. they believe in demolishing any program that helps people just because it might be able to be taken advantage of by a very small fraction of people, but believe in handouts for corporations.
Liberals believe they have no right to tell someone else how to live, or govern their decisions for them. they believe in giving a helping hand when it is needed. unlike conservatives, liberals believe in the good that government programs provide, and believe that good is worth the cost of the small fraction of opportunists that take advantage of them. Liberals see past there own nose, where cons do not.
and the biggest difference, is liberals don't believe in hiding that which society doesn't agree with. Cons believe that what their preacher don't know won't hurt them.

Conservatives base their opinions on facts and logic
Liberals base their opinions on emotions.
When you hear a conservative talk they say...the facts show...or numbers tell us...
When its a Libbie...they start off with I feel...or In a perfect world I believe ...
