Condi has a track record of running things and dealing with budgets and dealing with budget deficits. She is proven herself adept at being at the helm and running things.

As Stanford's Provost, Dr. Rice was responsible for managing the university's multi-billion dollar budget. The school at that time was running a deficit of $20 million. When Rice took office, she promised that the budget deficit would be balanced within "two years". Says Coit Blacker, Stanford's deputy director of the Institute for International Studies, "There was a sort of conventional wisdom that said it couldn't be done ... that [the deficit] was structural, that we just had to live with it." Two years later, Rice convened a meeting to announce that not only had the deficit been balanced, but the university was holding a record surplus of over $14.5 million

Rice has also served on the board of directors of many major corporations and banks. Chevron honored Rice by naming an oil tanker Condoleezza Rice.

What does it actually involve to you people besides just saying the words?

It seems like you people say it when Bush's policies are criticized and dont do anything meaningful to actually support the troops.

Some other dictators that maim, oppress,kill and threaten children, women etc are in Bhutan, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Zimbabwe, Korea, Turkmenistan etc.
Now we know Saddam had NOTHING to do with 911, but the hijackers were from Saudi... so out of all the dictators why did Bush pick Saddam?

Fellow citizens turning in fellow citizens to the secret Yahoo police. Assumed guilty- all it took was for an enemy to drop of dime before you were tried, convicted and sentenced without a trial. Freedom of speech not recognized.
My latest crime: I criticized Bill Clinton for allowing 25 Kids being burnt alive at Waco. I guess that kind of talk is wrong- and we need to destroy all copies of those newspaper archives.

The site is being used 1) as a means for terrorists to post their gruesome videos and other deadly propaganda. And 2) it also is a vehicle for people to post illegal or damaging videos. It is getting out of control. How can it be changed or stopped?

Should it be removed completely? And how could that be done?
Or should it have certain restrictions? I think it is obvious that it can't go one as it is.

I served my country in the Army for 9 and 1/2 years and the choice of restauraunts was always the same, Anthony's pizza, burger king or the NCO club. Why is that? Can't they give us soldiers past and present a bit more variety? How do you feel about it?
