No, but it might get processed by a staff member. You have better luck with a Congress member or Senator.

He probably gets to most every piece of mail he receives -- I send him a Christmas card every year, and he responds with a hand-signed thank-you note. I've never sent him anything beyond that, but I think he'd get to it.

The phrase, "Snowball in the Sahara" comes to mind.

Actually, it's a different phrase, but Yahoo might have a problem with that one.

Not very good Im afraid. Someone will read it and it will get filtered through the system, and probably never even get to him.
