I probably can't find a link because I am nearly 100% certain the U.S. didn't sell weapons to the Khmer Rouge. There were possibly weapons provided to Southern Vietnam that made there way into Cambodia, but nothing directly from the U.S. Prior to the massacre that arose during the mid-late 70's there had been much more influence in that country from the French and Russian governments. During the Vietnam War the U.S. did arm some militant groups in Laos, but they faught on our side (and actually still put up resistance to the Communist government in Laos).

The Khmer Rouge was the extremist Communist party that ruled Cambodia from 1975 to 1979. From what I was able to find out ,the Khmer Rouge-led insurgency on the Cambodian-Thai border were supplied weapons by their powerful protectors, arms suppliers and business partners in the Thai Army.
A group of supporters of the Khmer Rouge, called "Group for the Study of the Theories of Pol Pot" was established in Cambodia in 2002. It now claims to have members in America, Europe and several parts of Asia. According to the group, the claims of genocide against the Khmer Rouge are false, and were created by enemies of Cambodia. They also argue that Cambodia under the Khmer Rouge was the closest thing to a perfect society in human history.

Every country has arms dealers. Every country who makes weapons sell their product. Did the Khmer Rouge use U.S. made weapons? They could have. Did the U.S. directly supply these weapns, probably not.
They got most of their munitions, aircraft, weapons and other killing material from the USSR and some from China. The USSR supported the North Vietnam Army as the U.S. supported the South Vietnam Army. Does that fact tell you anything about that nasty piece of business?

I seem to recall so - they were anti-Vietnamese after the Viet Cong won that war, so, just like we armed Saddam against Iran and lived to regret it, we armed the Khmer Rouge and facilitated the Killing Fields.
We're always solving yesterday's problem, never thinking anything through. It's the story of post-WWII modern America.
