Guilty. I think playing the grand jury audio of Libby's perjury nailed it for the prosecution. Libby not testifying at this trial finished the job.

If thats it, then I think the defense's plan is going to backfire.
I think he will be found guilty but strings will ultimately be pulled as it heads off to the supreme court.

Thats why chenney stepped out of it. Because he knows he can can in a few favors when the heat is gone off the topic.

So,the guilty verdict will only be temporary, and ultimately he wont do any jail time -- which is sad sad sad.

I would love to see him go to jail for the simple fact that he refused to take the stand like an innocent man would to clear his name.

He's the appointed fall guy. And yes, I think he will be convicted.

He is not guilty. That doesn't mean he will be acquitted.
