How do you file a cross-appeal in a State Court of Appeals? (Legal professionals only pls)?

I work in a law office - I'm having trouble finding the procedure for this - the MN rules of crim. procedure aren't exactly clear... Can anyone help? (its a minnesota case, but any help would be appreciated).

Who exactly is going to be cross appealing in a criminal case?

Have you considered asking one of the lawyers in your office?
