Curley v. NAMBLA refers to the 2000 lawsuit of Barbara and Robert Curley against the North American Man/Boy Love Association (NAMBLA).

Their 10-year-old son Jeffrey was the victim of a 1997 murder by two men, Salvatore Sicari and Charlie Jaynes. The men took Jeffrey to the Boston Public Library and accessed NAMBLA's website. At least one of the men, Jaynes, later attempted to sexually assault Curley. When the boy fought back, Jaynes gagged him with a gasoline-soaked rag and eventually killed him. Jaynes then sodomized his dead body.

According to the Curley's suit, Jaynes and Sicari "stalked Jeffrey Curley... and tortured, murdered and mutilated [his] body on or about October 1, 1997. Upon information and belief immediately prior to said acts Charles Jaynes accessed NAMBLA's website at the Boston Public Library." According to police, Jaynes had eight issues of a NAMBLA publication in his home at the time of his arrest. The lawsuit further alleges that "NAMBLA serves as a conduit for an underground network of pedophiles in the United States who use their NAMBLA association and contacts therein and the Internet to obtain child pornography and promote pedophile activity."

The offense was committed and observed outside of the county. The officer then pursued the individual outside of the home county and issued the tick outside of the county.

1st: Assume this be the most nasty & dirty election in all of American History? (For Both parties) i.e. Hillary vs Obama, Edwards & Rudy vs Rom, Mcain etc. Nader as Independent.

2nd: Assume Bush will attack Iran before the end of his term; and the new President will have to deal with that.

Opinions please. To me it seems as if we are running up to the most historic and meaningful elections our country has ever faced.

What is your vision of America in 2009?

The official government story is that the 9/11 attack was orchestrated by Al Qaeda, which is lead by Osama bin Laden. The proof our government provided was a video with Osama confessing to the crime. The problem with the video is that the person in the video does not look like Osama bin Laden: See picture.

If I commit suicide, does the goverment has any right of locking me in a madhouse?... because.. after it is my own life.It is my right to choose what I do with it. It doesn't affect the others. If they lock me..wouldn't that be opression ? that they choose that I continue to live? they would be taking away my rights.

I'm interested in a complete answers. It would be great if it had for example an actual case and legals facts. Thanks.

If so who do you think did it was Howard K. Stern.
Did he knock off her son too so he would be out of the 475 million dollar picture. This is already starting to look like another O.J. Simpson story.

because recently he gave a speech at knox college and said he is trying to gain support to have the government pick up part of the tab for the auto makers retirees health care..
this is huge money were talking and it should not be up to the taxpayers to pay for this..these problems stem from union negotiations years ago when the unions had the auto industry by the balls and the carmakers made agreements that are hurting them now, basically paying one hell of a lot of money to retirees and paying their health care..
no, maybe ...the unions should be paying, but since the democrats sleep with the unions, obama figures the government should pay...what a joke.!

Many people believe that the leftist-liberals with their revolutionary antics will tear down the framework of the U.S.A. However, is it possible that the majority of leftist-liberals can see that "some" change and adaption is needed for a country like the U.S.A. to continue to grow and maintain its overall strength and integrity as a country. Is it possible that the leftist-liberals have accurately realized that our forefathers, like George Washington, whom lived in a different, much slower time, almost a different world, could not have thought of every law, regulation, cultural norm, or every frame of the framework, etc.? Is it also possible that the leftist-liberals are the new, stronger, wittier, understanding, more adaptive breed and the conservatives are the old, rotten, stubborn, stinkers who almost act as if they are a living antique and do grandpaaaaa's wayeee of doing thingssss?

Mr Putin told senior security officials from around the world that nations were "witnessing an almost uncontained hyper use of force in international relations".

"One state, the United States, has overstepped its national borders in every way," he said, speaking through a translator.

"This is very dangerous. Nobody feels secure anymore because nobody can hide behind international law.

"This is nourishing an arms race with the desire of countries to get nuclear weapons."
