India is not yet ready for such eventuality. We are a democratic nation and everyone has a right to express their view on socio-economic conditions. Family planning can be brought out only by education. Banning from electoral system amounts to ditctatorship.

guess it wasnt hard.
They made a law due to over population in that country.
the citizens have to follow it or suffer the consequences.
