i live in nevada isnt there a nrs code for the laws on tresspasing

it is not a person it is the railroad and i got stuck on the tracks and there blaming me and i got a tresspasing ticket for it but if it would have been marked i would have turned around and not have got stuckon the track isnt it there job to warn of dangerous hazzards like that cause how am i to know it was private property if they dont post it for the public

Right now I am on a curfew probation and i have to be in by 6 P.M. I am on it for minor consumption and I am on it for 6 months,I am too scared to ask my probation officer if I can get off of it early for good behavior.If any of you know about this please tell me? Thank you!

Molten, beyond red hot, "steel" was video recorded coming out of the South Tower just before it collapsed. Jet fuel does not burn hot enough to turn steel to liquid. Melted red hot steel was also found in "ground zero" of all three WTC buildings, including WTC7; the one no jet ever hit.

How about if the United States KEEPS the $50 billion a year we just give away in foreign aid? How about if you call the United Nations instead of the United States the next time your country is hit with a tsunami, flood, earthquake, volcano, or if somebody invades you? How about if you figure out your own way to feed your own people and deal with disease epidemics on your own? How about if we shut down ALL military bases worldwide, cut all military support and funding, and how about if you ALL fend for yourselves from now on? How would that be?

Am I the only one that thinks that maybe the United States needs to quit being world police and start worrying about our own citizens isntead? Sounds like a plan to me! And the next time a Hitler or a Stalin or a Hussein threatens your country, we'll keep our nose out of YOUR business! WE PROMISE!

Before I went to MEPS my recruiter told me to say NO to every medical question that was asked...so I did... and everything went fine. I got in. But now I am about a week away from my ship date and I am getting really nervous about this. Has anyone else been in this situation? When I was young I broke both of my wrists & sprained my ankle. Nothing major but it still has me worried. What are the P-Days like at Navy boot camp? Is any of this likely to come up? Am I worried for nothing? Any answers will be helpful.

Zim Company (Isreal owned) had a lease at the WTC until 2 weeks before the attack when they broke lease and moved.
Isnt it a BIT strange that a company decides to moves OUT of the WTC!!!???I know every company wished to move IN the WTC not OUT!!!
I wish they told the americans what they knew.

I'm already in good shape, can run a 5:00 mile, 3 in 17's and can run long distances...so I'm good there. But how can I prepare for the strength aspects of it? I have a year...how can I start preparing and what can I expect them to put me through during the 9 weeks.
