9/11: Why are there demolition squibs shooting out of the WTC buildings, just before the destruction wave ?

When explosives are used for demolition, they are place on support columns on the inside of the structure. They do not blow out of the building, as that would not accomplish the task of collapse. The interiors of the buildings were collapsing as well, which can send debris and and fire out the windows that would explode due to the pressure and shift of the structure.

While I do think W. is stupid and crazy, I do not honestly believe the U.S. government would have had anything to do with the 9/11 attacks.

I'm so sick of these idiotic 9/11 conspiracy theories. The buildings collapsed because some savages crashed airplanes, loaded with fuel, into the two towers. I saw the hole in the north side of the North Tower from my Midtown office. Anyone who has done the slightest bit of research knows how the Twin Towers were uniquely constructed. The structures' support was from the frame of the buildings, thereby creating more space on the floors which would otherwise have been cluttered with support beams. Unfortunately, the interior structures could not support the burden caused by the compromised frames as a result of the crashed planes, so the towers collapsed. 9/11 happened because of failed US foreign policy, bureaucratic ineptitude, and arrogance ("it can't happen here"). I hold the Clinton and Bush administrations (and prior administrations) equally responsible. I oppose the war in Iraq and the Bush administration. But these conspiracy theories are absurd. 9/11 conspiracy people: Please dispense with these useless, dopey, and hurtful allegations and move onto something productive. (I'd love to see these conspiracy people spout their outrageous assertions in any New York City firehouse or police station!)

Here is the truth... 19 Arab terrorists hijacked four airplanes on September 11, 2001. Two of those planes were flown directly into the Twin Towers. One of the planes was flown into the Pentagon. The final plane was brought down by the passengers aboard that plane making them among the first of many heroes to die that day by willingly sacrificing their lives in order to prevent the loss of even more life.

The 343 members of the NYFD, the 23 members of the NYPD and the 37 members of the PAPD all ran against the tide of fleeing people in the hope that they could save more people from the tragic fate that beset nearly 3,000 thousand people that day. The government was not behind it. The feeling of horror that sat in the pit of the stomach of the Average Joe that day was shared by every politician and government official.

The towers collapsed because of the fire that ensued following the impact of two massive jetliners loaded with highly flammable fuel and the contents of the buildings themselves burnt uncontrollably. Building 7 collapsed because of the massive damage it suffered during the collapse of the two 110 story buildings that were within a stone’s throw from it. Trinity Church didn’t even have one broken window in spite of being in the shadow of the two buildings. It was surely not because those responsible for the attack had any reverence for life, God or structures. It was just the way it happened.

Questioning the truth does not make it untrue. Refusing to accept it makes you stupid. The ones who run those sites you claim contain the truth are profiting from your paranoia and are exploiting the simple minded. You are either too fatuous to realize you are being duped or you are part of the group who is out to take advantage of the naive. Either way, nothing you have pointed to will ever sway anyone who has a modicum of intelligence coupled with the mental acumen required to avoid being institutionalized and the ability to walk upright.

When you others of your ilk postulate that the obvious is not true you sully not only yourselves but the memory of the victims of the attacks and the memory of those who so bravely gave their lives that day.

Those are not demolition squibbs. It is just air that is escaping those floors as the area above them collapses. There is a tremendous build up of pressure as those floors collapse. The "squibbs" you see are just the air escaping. No conspiracy here, sorry.
