Why? He can't even figure out if warrantless wiretaps is legal much less figure out the Duke rape case. The NC Atty general has the case, let's see where it goes from here. There should be hearing coming up this month

I'd like to know why Nifong hasn't been tarred and feathered and kicked around a bit by some "patriotic" yokels and rednecks! What in the world is going on here? He's making a total mockery of our judicial system and NOT ONE elected official has had the testicular fortitude (ever hear of the word, "cojones"?) to come forth and do the right thing... toss him out on his scrawny butt! In case no one is aware of it, he has violated the civil rights of those boys... CIVIL and CONSTITUTIONAL rights!

He had the testimony of the victim and a witness and a positive medical report, maybe he went too far, but all this about "destroying the 'boys' lives" is garbage. They should GTFon with their lives and quit complaining.

No, he should spend his days investigating the atrocity's of the Bush administration, he should follow the money trail to find it funneling into the white house, who is profiting from a criminal and corrupt war with Iraq. But he won't because he is just as bad as the rest of this corrupt administration.
