What he meant to say that small countries are interested to have nuclear weapons in order to save themselves from the United States.Any way the Arm race is on again in a big way and the arms that are being developed in countries like Russia China India Iran Brazil France is mainly to destroy the hard ware United states has got in case of an all out war.Ever since the first Gulf war in early 1990's unbelievable advancement has taken place in cruise missiles and anti aircraft weapons.For Example India with the help of Russia developed the cruise Missile called BRAHMOS which is most advanced weapon in its class having a speed of Mach3 Some what similar has also been made by china .Brazil is also heavily involved in Nuclear research.It is all because of the Gung Ho policies.

The Pakistani's developed a nuclear arsenal. The man that developed their arsenal, sold the plans to Iran, N. Korea and whoever wanted to pay. This happened before Bush became President.
I don't agree with Bush on many, if not most issues, but I tend to ignore anything that a free press hating, former KGB agent has to say about almost everything.

No. Some Russians want to go back to the cold war days. I think it is dangerous. I think Putin could be housing Osama also. Remember there are many nations that want to destroy the US. Bush is simply keeping us safe, I think he is doing a great job. There are a lot on nukes on the black market, that terrorists could use against us, some could already be ready to attack us now!

Use of force will be detrimental to the international community because other methods of actions against other countries can still be used in order not to encourage others to build-up their nuclear arsenal just like what Russia might do to protect itself against USA.

Just because he is Russian don't make him wrong. With Bush threatening Iran, he is becoming the most dangerous man in the world and he needs to be impeached and then tried for his war crimes in Iraq, maybe Iraq hung the wrong person.

our country is very fortunate, we're forcing 3rd world countries in nucleur arms races so they dont wanna be an example like Iraq is now, and it makes sense.
