She was in front of me, both of us turning right. I thought she went, so I looked to the left so see if I was clear. I hit the gas & she was still in front of me. I probably went 10mph max. I didn’t have enough distance to pick up any more speed than that. She asked me if I was OK and I asked her if she was OK. Everyone was fine. She works for car insurance…an auto claims supervisor. Could she be lying because she knows the ins & outs of car insurance? I haven't been told the details of her 'injury'. What should I do? Sit in front of her work & secretly videotape her?!

I am a professional medical provider, I am not a computer saavy person, I went to medical school to help heal people..
The practice where I am currently employed has just purchased a very expensive computer program which is by no means user friendly, they are stating that all the providers (except two that are older 70's) HAVE to learn this program or they will be fired.
They have provided VERY little training and have not lessened the patient load to allow us time to try and learn this program.
This was not a condition of employment when I was hired, they just sprung it on everyone. - This program is designed to eliminate all paper charting,so this office would be completely paperless.
I have been a medical provider for over 15 years and have never been exposed to this.
In your opinion is this legal, or can I fight it. If they are making an exception for two providers they should be willing to make one for those who are struggling to learn this. My patients come first. HELP!

Do you really think that America's current economy will be able to sustain itself when our debt has tripled due to Bush's war and oil reaches $200 a barrel? Or do you think that America will have to declare bankruptcy due to high inflation, inability to pay off its debt and high inflation?

There must be some practical reason it's taking so long to train an Iraqi army. Iraq had a large army that was disbanded. It consisted of hundreds of thousands of trained soldiers. Why can't these ex-soldiers be enticed to join a new Iraqi army and be readied for duty in a short period? This is not a rhetorical question, so please don't take this as an opportunity to sound off about what a fool Bush is or what traitors the Dems are. If you truly understand military matters could you explain this, please?

It costs a lot more than the $10 an hour people are paid to employ them. You have workers comp, Social Security, employer matches, and the list goes on and on.

If it cost less to employ people by a lot would employers hire people legitimately? Certainly, it would stop them from trying to block enforcement.

The only real solution to the illegal problem is take away their jobs.

I am looking for honest comments here.

Is there still time to change your mind?

The constitution makes it very clear about the separation of church and state. This is the agreement that we all agreed to pay taxes for. And be that as it may that God remains in the preamble, but which god is it referring to? We are a nation of many religions and to state that there is only one deity in the preamble is demeaning other religions! What if you’re an atheist? Would you want to recite the preamble when you don’t even believe in the existence of a deity? The preamble should apply to all Americans in the United States and not outcast anyone!
