With so many people educating others about what is really going on with our government can they afford to let everyone keep spreading the truth?

After reading Memorial Day, by Vince Flynn (In which a terrorist nuclear bomb is dumped in Mt. Weather, an emergency command bunker, to explode but be contained.), it occured to me: Why not just build bunkers in strategic spots around the country in which to safely deposit a terrorist nuclear device? I know its strange, but could it work?

I am an American who wants to help some Tibetans in China establish an orphanage. They need just $100,000 to build an orphanage for 120 children. They are currently applying for an NGO/NPO (non-profit organization), but this will take time. The local government has given them a 1 year time limit (until 12/31/07) to construct the orphanage. Could foundations provide funding before the Tibetans establish their NGO/NPO? Is it legal to ask American individuals to donate money without an NGO/NPO? What would be the best way to get funding for this very worthy cause?

The other day i pulled on to a road just off my street. As it was cold and i just started my back windscreen was misted up. Aanyway the basic story is i was doin bout 40mph down this 30mph road (i no i shudnt but i travel on it every single day its long and straight with no houses near. ) I noticed headlights behind me but couldnt see anything else.it seemed to follow me but DIdnt think nothing of it until i got to a dual carridge way and the car overtook me (it was a police car!!!!). They didnt pull me over or nothing so it is possible to get caught speeding by a policecar and just get a letter sent through as if it were a speed camera. I am beginning to think they overtook me to get a picture of me. Please can any1 give me facts (not your opinion) on if police give out speeding tickets like this or if any1s had a similar experience. Does the traffic cars have technology to dish out speeding tickets without stopping the vehicle?. Please help !!!!

i know NOTHING about the army or the navy, so please don't call me stupid for asking.

I have wondered this. If someone joins the army or something, what does that mean? Do they go to war, or can you join the army as something else... like an accountant or something.

thanks for the help

They are one of if the most important US allies, they are experts in Mideast warfare (as well as fighting terrorism), and most of the threats: Syria, Iraq, & Iran are direct threats to Israel not really the US.

My son is 7, and I was never married to his father. I've heard that in CA, custody automatically defaults to 50/50 in these situations. My son has lived with me every day of his life--the father does not even pay support, though he does visit occasionally.

My son needs and wants to talk with a therapist, which I support. My son's father is not keen on the idea. Now, one of the therapists that I've talked to is saying that she will probably need the dad to sign an agreement for the therapy before my son can go. Is this true? Do I have to get his permission? He has nothing to do with the raising of our child, and is the source of my son's problems and the reason my son wants to go to therapy in the first place!

While I could begin a custody battle, that will take a long time. I need some answers now.

Let's say you were pregnant. And there were major complications going on. The doc says there is 99% chance you and the baby will die if you carry the baby to full term. Let's say you were a single mom with 2 other kids and no husband because the husband died of cancer a few months ago. The doc gives you an option to abort or not. You are going through a lot of stress at this time.
Do you want a stranger butting into you and your docs conversation, going through your medical records, telling you what you can or cant do with yourself? As a woman wouldn't you feel insulted to know that the govt doesnt trust your judgement as to whether or not you will make the right choice?

Bush is responsible for the tax cut that improves the economy that was headed toward recession after 9/11. The economy has done great under Bush and the deficit is on a huge downward tilt. Bush led the nation as a compassionate and strong leader after 9/11. He helped the US get back on our feet. Bush helped institute secutity changes and the creation of the Homeland Security Organization to protect the US. He also instituted changes in the monolithic CIA, FBI and other huge governmental departments to collaborate on security issues. This working together was unprecedented but necessary for protection. Bush led the effort to provide federal security in our nations airports. Bush has done tremendous things to protect us and there have been no terrorist activities on our soil as a result of his policies.

Your thoughts?

The Clinton's ARE liars...... and I'm certainly NOT voting for this Clinton package of lies!

Hillary has high negative ratings. There are a lot of people that REALLY dislike her these are a few of the reasons:

-- Hillary is the liberal media's sweetheart, but not America's sweatheart
-- The Clintons LIE and her husband was impeached for lying and committing purjury
-- Her failed socialized medicine healthcare program under her husband
-- Her shrieking voice that grates on people
-- She not presidential
-- She is very liberal even more than her husband, but bends (lies) politically to pick up votes and reverts back. This is called a "phony."
-- This would bring her husband back into politics and many people do not like that idea.
-- Her husband also has high negative approval ratings.
-- White Water fraud
-- Hates the military, but acts like she likes them to get into office.

What do you think about this B?

Hypethecially speaking, of course:

If an American President were to establic a "Third Reich" type of thing in America and began to conquer foreign lands in a push for world domination and a "perfect race," would you support it, considering you are included in that "perfect race" of all Americans?

Don't say this couldn't happen, that's what we thought after we reduced the German Army to 100,000 with 24 battle ships and no Air Force.

Arguably, the state constitutional ban against gay marriage and couple's entitlements means that gay couples don't have access to the same public benefits as heterosexual couples, despite paying taxes which support these benefit packages.

At what point can gay couples argue they are being taxed to pay for services they can't access.

At what point can gay couples argue that state officials and representatives are condoning taxation without compensation or representation.

Boy, I sure wouldn't want to be friends with either of the Shrubs!!
