Yes. You need a passport to go anywhere in the world, even Canada. I work with a girl who is a British citizen, but has a green card for the US. Even she needs her passport to go to England. It also doesnt matter if you drive to another country, like Canada or Mexico, you still need a passport now.

I think so, unless you go by cruise line. Right now just about every passenger travelling by air into the US has to have a passport to enter - and that includes US citizens.

yes, you even need one if you are coming into the US from Canada or Mexico.
(i believe that it is only if you fly in but im not sure)
