Cost of US$100.- for The United States of America Visas Applications Forms for Myanmar Citizens is like playing a Lotto because once the Visas Rejected pay or play another US$ 100.-.I heard this procy is to cover the cost for the Foreign Secretary - Dr.Condoleeze Rice for her travel expenses or this is to discourage most of the poor Myanmar Citizens not to apply for the United States of America Visas at all.

I'm trying to come up with a solid apellate defense for Morris in United States v. Morris and would appreciate any help some of you might have. Has anyone done this before and if so, what's the best approach? The ambiguity of the statute or interpretation of courts? Thanks for any advice!

You hear a lot of negative stories about cops who are crooked, incompetent, or bullies, but a lot of the time we fail to recognize the heroism of good cops until it's too late. Put a good story on here if you've got one. No need to mention any names unless you really want to.

They both have very little experience in their own fields, but at least Reggie Bush doesn't support killing new football players the way Barack supports killing new people (abortion)

They both did something illegal in their own fields. Barack did drugs, and it seems Reggie had a little under-the-table activity for USC.

But apparently, experience doesn't matter anymore!

Isn't it odd, that they are so progressive they would fight for socialized medicine, but opt to kill a child rather than pay for it? Talk about a return on your investment, the little guy or girl will be paying taxes in only 18 years!

Why the hell have we only JUST paid off our debt to the US for their 'help' in WWII? Why did practically every other country in Western Europe get money under the Marshall Plan - friend or foe - except us? Why didn't we get compensation from the French for pulling their fat out of the fire twice? Why don't we push a bit harder for compensation from the French for the number of times they've been told to compensate us for blocking our ports and burning our sheep? Was it all some kind of ploy to put Britain in its place in the first place? Now look at the world, I think it's time we got all our money back and became the superpower we were in 1907 again - we're the only ones you can trust with the damned world! Plus revocate the American Declaration of Independence if they only play silly sods when they get the chance to vote!

It's politically incorrect to attack "diversity" in any of its guises. If one utters a statement which is un-PC (true though it may be), all hell breaks loose.

How can the PC police not realize Islam is incompatible with Western culture? Muslims do not believe in such things as freedom of expression (think Muhammad cartoons), freedom of religion (if the person in question is a non-Muslim or "infidel"), or freedom in general (ie. life in Saudi Arabia).

When they come here, Muslims are not interested in assimilating into our culture. They want us to adapt to them. They do not want to be peaceful neighbors. They want us either praying to the East or dead.

Isn't it time for the PC crowd to take off their blinders when it comes to Muslims and Islam?

ok back in 2006 my boyfiend was charged with bad checks and sentenced to 1-10 yr suspended and received 5 yrs probation instead and to pay the restitution. Well now the place that he wrote these checks to are taking him back to court do to he hasnt paid it off yet. He was giving 5 yrs to pay it can they do that?

My Grandma is very sick. She's been having a lot of strokes and been in the hospital for awhile. We don't think she's going to make it much longer. There's been alot of dispute going on with the family because my aunt is already spending her money...has her condo and car up for sale and she hasn't even died yet! Well my mother and other aunt had an investigator look into this and the police as well. The investigator ordered my aunt to fax the will to my other aunt and my mom. She did that but my parents said that they can tell the page numbers on the will have been changed and there should be 6 pages and they only received 4. Also the name of the lawyers/witnesses are not real. What can we do about this and who do we contact? My grandma and aunt is in Florida and the rest of us are in Michigan.
Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks!
