You have the same rights under the Constitution as anyone else accused of a crime--in theory. Given the current practices of our government, however, the extent to which that will be honored is problematic.
The question of children is a legal grey area. Social service agencies have broad powers--and autonomy--in such situations. Under the law, the welfare of and protection of chidren trumps parental rights. They are not required--unless you get a court order--to return children even if an investigation ends, charges are dismisssed, or even if a jury finds someone not guilty of whatever they are accused of.
BTW--you said "illegal pictures"--and I know of only one kind of picture--child porn--that is illegal to have. If that's the case--and if you are guilty--I hope (for your kid's sake) you never see them again. But if you are innocent--best of luck to you!

yea why are you on the computer? and i hope if you were doing bad stuff, im glad they are investigating you and i hope they take your kids away, thats sad, by why should they be raised by a parent who more that likely is looking at child porn. i hope in your case it takes forever.... i do apologize if you havent done anything and they are completely misunderstood by what you did.... good luck in that case... and if the latter, then you are a sick ****. and hope u rot in jail. and yes as for the fbi, you have no rights, u might think you do, but your dealing with the fbi, they can make it look like you were never even born. good luck pal.
