Is America doomed because people(Liberals) can not respect other peoples opinions, they are either racist, sexist, homophobic, or conservative?

Every so often, these things happen. It's like a pendulum swing. We've done this thoughout our history.
We're not doomed. As long as there are Conservatives to counter Liberals and visa versa, we're alright.
That's just one of the things that makes the US a great country.

All great societies are doomed eventually. In our recent history, we have seen far too many signs that our great nation is doomed. Not by liberals or conservative types, but by the lack of participation in our system. When you have leaders that have put their own personal agenda ahead of pure representation of communities you see the downfall of society.
Once you allow any faction to dictate morals, you see the downfall of society. This is what we are experiencing right now. Given the fact that one mans personal agenda (Bush) and another mans greed (Cheney) has driven us to war, religious division, political turmoil, the ever disappearing middle class, the "big brother" effect in our daily lives... how can anyone not see the America is doomed for future failure.
