Why do they call the police if they see you spank your child, but encourage you to murder it before it is born?

Why is it that people pretend it's okay to have every fetus get birthed but they do nothing to help or care for all the unwanted foster children out there? No abortion means a lot of poor, unwanted children who need help and don't get it. Why aren't all the churches actively taking these children in and taking care of them? Why instead do they focus on berating others instead of putting their money (and time) where their mouths are? Sure, maybe abortion is murder, but it's a crime against humanity to leave all those neglected children out there uncared for. I'd much rather focus on the people who are already here and in need. And that is why I believe in abortion. Also because I believe in females having the unalienable right to choose for their bodies.

Why do conservatives such as yourself see it fit to insult our beliefs so openly? There are many reasons why, and they actually make sense. Every heard of twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome? How about ectopic pregnancies? What if a family has a baby with Down Syndrome and has absolutely no means to take care of it whatsoever? Or what about a baby born to a rape victim? When that child asks one day, "Mommy, where's daddy?" What are they supposed to say? "No, baby, you don't have a daddy. You were only born because I was hurt, terrorized and traumatized. If things had been right, you wouldn't have been born." ? Just think before you say things like that.
By the way, do you think it's easy for someone to just say they're going to get an abortion and do it? Well, it's not. I know people that have had to do it. It wasn't a choice. It was one of the hardest, if not THE hardest, thing they ever had to do. Don't act like everyone who gets an abortion is just some stupid whore that got knocked up. There are so many things that can happen, and lives can be made terrible and be turned upside down. It's not fair to a mother or child for that child to be born if it's not going to live a healthy life.

I think we are just going to disagree on the idea that only liberals have abortions, that its murder, that its okay.
There just isn't any chance at all, is there, that a woman could ever function as anything but a baby container?
What is it with the concept of compulsory pregnancy do you like so much? Why do women and their decisions mean so little to you that you would rather see them dead than an embryo?

As a liberal, I believe that it's a womans right to choose what she will do. Personally, I think abortion is wrong, but what maybe wrong to me, may not be necessarily wrong to you. I see smoking pot as being wrong, but not everyone sees it that way.
I think the people who tell us spanking our kids is wrong, should be the ones getting their asses kicked. From what I've seen, people who spank their kids have much better behaved children than those that don't.

Because they do not believe in the principles that the Holy Bible says and what Liberals believe in goes against everything the Bible says. The Founding Fathers strongly believed in the Holy Bible and I am for sure that all of them would have not believed in abortion because Abortion is Wrong and Abortion is Murder and the first President of the United States of America George Washington put his job on the line in the American Revolution so that future Americans after him could have freedom and democracy. As a Christian Conservative, not only do I believe that Abortion is Wrong and that it is Murder, but I believe that there are Five People in the History of The World who would not agree with Liberals stance on abortion. One person I already mention is George Washington. The other four people are God, Jesus Christ, Mother Theresa, and the Pope of the Roman Catholic Church. I have heard once (although I do not know if this is true) that if all the babies that have been killed through abortion had been born, the United States of America would be largest country in the world.

They believe it's not life yet, therefor it is not in any way murder.
I respectfully disagree however. If that was the case, then murderers wouldn't be charged with double murder when they kill a pregant Woman.
Everybody is certainly entitled to their opinion though.

i feel the same way. how ever i am ambivilent when it comes to a woman who was raped. they believe that it is not their bodies being sucked out of the womb so it is no skin off their bunns who have an abortion. i believe that abortion is murder but welcome to the wonderful world of american hipocraisy. there are a lot of things in this world that we despice because of the shear ignorance of other people. who are we to go around telling others how to live their life. some women do not want to pay for a child or are mentally unable to take care of one so they kill it before it is born. they figure it is better then bringing another unwanted child into this world of suffering and misrery. think of the over crowded system of unwanted children as it is

the key word here is 'unborn'.
as in, 'hasn't been born yet'.
i think a qualifying factor of being alive is having been born.
and a qualifying factor of murdering something is that it is alive.
ergo, abortion isn't murder.
