In my opinion nothing is worse for children than seeing their country's reputation destroyed because it started an unprovoked war of aggression based on lies. That is worse than oral sex any day.

I got a ticket for possession of a controlled substance. (One-hitter; empty). Cannot afford atty right now. I'm considering pleading NOT GUILTY, which I'm really not (guildty). However, it was in my vehicle, tho many people had been in my vehicle over the holidays. Should I ask for a continuance and then seek advise of counsel to give me more time. First offense; I'm 55 y/o and don't need this on my record. How would I explain this to my 17 y/0 grandson??? Please advise...serious only. Attorney response would be nice.

Can you believe their lack of judgement? I guess they didn't consider that hookers/strippers manipulate men for a living. Isn't it pathetic that this so-called "learned" college President and his Professors could've been duped by an underbelly whore with the nut of 5 different customers inside of her? Get some life experiences and learn how evil works before you even think about teaching young adults how to go out into the world and make their way.

without pain is it still wrong? You can probably guess why I ask this but I want to see the logic behind the pro abortion supporters. I don't disagree with abortion if it is to save the life of the mother but in all other cases I feel it is murder. I can't understand why this is not seen as a double standard. I know someone will make reference to the death of troops in Iraq and the death penilty but the killing in both of these cases are to protect innocent life even if some innocents are killed in the process (like abortion when the moters life is at risk). I am serious and I do want to understand both sides. I am open minded.

What I am saying, is that to me, we are becoming so worried that we are going to piss off a certain group of people that nothing is getting done. Leaders are afraid to take a stand on anything because the are goign to have one of the PC groups all over their a** no matter what they do. We are leaving behind so many or the values that this country was founded on because we don't want to piss someone off. We contridict ourselfs so much in the US its not even funny. One easy example is that a person can be charged with murder in some states if he attacks a women and causes the unborn child to die....but that same women could choose to kill the baby herself if she wanted to. I beleive that there are times when we just have to stand up and say enoughs enough. We are allowing to much grey area into our society. We need more black and white...yes or no....not this grey or sometimes its ok stuff. Do you agree? Why or WHy not?

While america soliders, marines, airmen and sailors continue to defend our nation while fighting in the war on terror, it is amazing to me how many people critize the war and their actions. Yes the war has been going on for a long time, but we knew we would be fighting the war on terror for years and we knew this when we entered the war. While many troops have died it has still been far less than almost any other war in American history. Has anybody noticed that since we entered the war that their has not been another attack on American soil? We must fight this war and continue to fight this war until the end no matter how long it takes no matter the cost. The cost of not fighting will be far greater than fighging. DO NOT FORET 9/11. SUPPORT THE TROOPS! Think about this before you start bashing the commader and cheif, the members of the military and the war.

P.S. I am in the airforce and have served for 8 years I have been deployed many times.

My sister recently got her divorce final in Sept 06 and her ex pays her $160 per week for her 2 girls ages 3 an 6. The percentage taken out of his check is the lowest percentage allowed by law, he had a really good lawyer. He makes about $14 per hour, plus overtime every other week. She makes $11 per hour and sometimes does not get 40 hours. She was getting help with child care from the state, but they have taken it away saying that she makes too much $. Now, she will be paying $200 YES $200 per week for daycare (the 6 year old goes there from 2-6 after school) plus rent, utilities, food etc. The ex works another job, but he lied at court and said he only had the 1 job. He is just getting paid cash for his work and there is no way of proving it. What do you think she should do? How can we prove he is working? We live in Georgia by the way.
