It is Illegal and they even have signs asking to remove sunglasses and hoods
If I'm in a bank and a mask man comes in I just might shoot the man as I go armed everywhere legally i have CC lic

Most banks have signs on the doors telling you to remove hats, sunglasses, etc. If you don't follow those procedures they will (rightly so) assume you are there for nefarious purposes and they can (and will) call the cops.

most banks do have signs asking you to remove all hats and sunglasses and even on holidays they don't recomend people coming in in costumes like santa suits at christmas time cause of what has happen in the past.
