the current illegal legislation requiring us to pax income tax was passed by an illegal act of congress in 1913 .... there were only 5 or so members of congress present because most had gone home for the christmas holiday but they had not technically ended the session ... our current evil tax system and federal reserve system was passed on a unanimous consent voice vote by those few members present on that day ...

Income tax was approved as the 16th amendment to the Constitution. Continue to blame all tax gripes on Congress as they are the ones in charge of levying and spending.
