A war would be when two armies are fighting on similar or equal grounds.

Before we attacked, Iraq had no planes, No Fly Policy, hardly any tanks, Hardly any weapons due to UN sanctions....

Isn't this more like a case of bullying?

If you can not do the following, will you for the record, state you are a democrat (or socialist, or any other anti-bush person) and then tell us that President Bush "did NOT lie"? (not doing so will be a sign of hypocracy and/or deception)

I'm tired of hearing some of you STILL kick and scream while accusing the President (current) of 'lying'.

Can you document a lie from our President? Tell me the day he "lied" and quote the actual "lie". Then provide the evidence that he in fact, "lied". Remember, someone must know it is a lie for it to be a lie.

Note: Do not link me to a 20 page website, and tell me to read it. This request is simple enough, if he in fact, "lied".

Also, do not link me to him being sworn in (or anything similar), because that is a tired old joke, and it would merely show everyone you are incapable of standing behind your accusations.

I have court tommorow for violating my probabtion. A while back a got an Minor In Consupmtion of alcohol, and got sentenced to 1 year of probation. The terms were that I would report to JAMS around every holiday to get tested, and I missed 2 days around thankgiving. What do you think they are going to sentence me with tommorow? This is for Michigan.

Of course it is!

Roe (Norma McCorvey) was never pregnanat nor has she ever had an abortion.... Years later she is one the most active Pro-Life leaders in the nation.

My question to you is.....since the law was built up on a lie, shouldn't it be removed and let someone else take it to court?

Reguardless of your own personal feelings about abortion, don't you find it ODD??? I really wonder who was behind this in the first place. The Lawyers?

He said we could have the day off class for it, and extra credit if we went. I find this highly unethical and disturbing. There is no such offer of day off class for a pro-America rally or extra credit. Is there any way to get him fired or a lawsuit?

Lebanon to save it from Hezbollah?

-Will he have enought US troops to do it?

I don't want to be a litigator. In fact, I'd rather never stand before a judge; I am not that advarsarial.

Any ideas? I'd like to work in civil rights, labor, immigration, or adoption in either the public or private sector, just not in litigation.

a will was left dividing the assets, there are two executors of the will but four beneficiaries.

a very small - non-legal - list was left to share out some of the assets in the home, but the other things are creating tension.

how do they decide who gets what if there are two people fighting over them.... does the oldest executor decide? do the items have to be sold? what?
