Why are people called draft dodger liberals if they don't agree with George Bush on Iraq?

If you don't like Bush's Iraq plan, what is yours?

I have seen a lot of criticism over Bush's plan to send additional troops and make new plans for Iraq. If everything Bush does is wrong, I want to hear the critics ideas for Iraq. I don't want to see, "withdraw, blow it up ect" I want legit answers on how to deal with the insurgents and secure the country. If we just pack our bags and leave, then all the deaths would truely be for nothing at all.
