On a probation violation case, the Court has many options. They can sentence you to return and complete the original program, you can be sentenced to served the balance of your original sentence in the county jail or your probation can be extended possibly up to one year. Regardless of what your excuss is/was, you knew what your obligations were to the Court prior to that date. If the Court allowed you to miss, then it would've been written into the original order. Your best bet is to show up to court and face the proverbial music.

VOP without a good reason tells the judge that you don't respect him or her. Do not be surprised if you get incarcerated. If you do not, please take this is as a lesson learned very cheaply. Probation is not intended to be convenient all the time.

If you have good proof why you did not show up, they probably won't do any thing but lecture you. Other wise, you may do a few months time.
