Yes, Canada has a military, it's called the CF (Canadian Forces). According to Canadianally.com, 64,057 Canadian Forces are active duty. 23,032 are in Primary Reserves. They aren't really participating in Iraq, but they did in Afghanistan. According to Wikipedia, 15,000 were stationed there. But now the only deployments are 2,500 in Afghanistan, and about 100 in Bosnia. Why don't you hear anything about them? Well, if you don't live in the country, you probably won't hear about them on US news (unless Americans are involved somehow). Plus, Canada isn't invading any countries, they're mainly a defense force.

Yes Canada has a military and it's serving in Afghanistan right now. Though they are getting pretty scared of operating with us as we have twice bombed their troops by mistake. Once by F-16 the other by AC-130 gunship ouch!!! The Canadians tend to be the 1st to volunteer for any peace keeping assignment. Which is good as most people around the world see Canada as a neutral that can be trusted.

Man, are you kidding me? Look up "The Canadian Holocaust" (the Indian residential schools) Look up the the big Sunday Shopping issue. Look up The Halifax Regional School Board. they were disbanded and taken over by a single man because they squandered province time and money. Canada's history is one of a country nourished on self doubt. Take a university level history course on Canada or read one of the textbooks. Everything that has shaped a law is controversial.

Yes, Canada has a military. It's slightly smaller than the New York City Police Department.

I'm afraid I do not understand this question at all. Every day, there are several articles in every Canadian newspaper about what the Army, in particular, is doing in Afghanistan. Read a little bit.

Yes they are in Afghanistan, and when the Iraq war started the Canadian Navy took over the patrols in the Persian Gulf. They searched all ships coming and going, looking for weapons and people. They freed up our ships to go fight. They are known for peace keeping with the UN also.

Yes Canada does have an Army and they are in the fight on terror just as much as the Americans... Who the hell do you think is in Afghanistan... The American press only reports on the American Army so you think that the Americans are the only ones over there... I as a Canadian is very proud of all of our troops that are over there fighting the American war...

YES they do and contrary to popular belief they are ALSO in Iraq and doing a sterling job as always.............things is its a bit like all the UK and Australian Forces and their losses, basically the USA does not care very much to report on that fact that not only are they getting a shed load of help but that those countries are also sustaining losses, does not quite fit into the media view of the USA standing alone........
