Bush had a great speech last night with many standing ovations and everyone clapped at what he said- no one can knock it. As for James Webb is he the one that came on afterward and I drifted off from him after he started talking in his monotone and not sure what he said. Heard some of the reviews but couldn't keep interested.

let the bashing begin on a vet and man of honor and principles. rarely in politics do you you find an honest man, that stands up for the good of the people. he quit as secratary of the navy in protest of reagans cuts in the navy. he was one of the few thatopposed arming and supporting saddam against iran. he quit the repub party because of disagreement about iraq and the way the military is being misused. he was man enough to let his son go to war that he(the father) disagrees with.

Webb is the talking head they had available last night. He said nothing, he did nothing. He only read from cue cards delivered from the Democrats in the house and their speech writers. To believe one of these puffed up egotists is anything more then a politician is to believe in Tooth Fairies and Easter Bunnies.

I'm jealous of Jimbo's wig. Looks more realistic than mine. And he can sure write a mean piece of child porn in his novels!
