Aren't men born free? Weren't the primatives free thousands of years ago before the conception of government? Is it possible that the cavemen had more freedoms than the modern day American? Isn't freedom the absence of government? What can be done to restore the sovereignty of the individual?

How does someone change their religion, especially if it's a Mormon religion, where they don't leave you alone? How does someone write a letter regarding this to confirm their decision to be removed from their religion list? What if the Mormon church refuses, or ignores a request, then what? Can an attorney be involved?

I have been a trainee at a recruitment agency for three months and instead of hiring me permanently, as it was the original plan, they have to let me go due to strong financial difficulties. They have always refused to get a heater to our office during winter and I heard that I constantly 'complained' about getting a heater. So, I didn't get a heater for two cold winter months. Also, people smoke just behind a window next to my desk and even though I have asked them to go further away, one particular supervisor ignores my wishes and continues to smoke near my window. As a third point, I am 4 1/2 months pregnant, which I know they have acknowledged but haven't mentioned to me personally. I haven't told them myself as it is not yet a legal obligation.I feel more ignorance towards my wishes and rights. Do you think I have been discriminated because of my pregnancy and wishes to have a warm non-smoking work environment? Would anyone have any legal knowledge? Does a trainee have rights?

I believe they are spying on everyone and as someone mentioned earlier, the first thing for our country is to feel safe? Well how about it guys? With all the mistakes this administration has made like blundering baffoons, how the heck can you trust them with our security? Especially when Bush was ordered by the courts not to spy on people and he is still doing it? He is doing just what his father taught him when the old man was president he got blanket warrant taps for anyone he wanted and used the excuse of drugs, but in the records most of those warrants were not about drugs at all they were about high finance and the stock market exchange? Now think 9/11? Then I say we the people have the right to spy on him and all of our public officials and full disclosure of all their financial activities and if we start there we will get them for sure. WE the People can be the IRS for the People to the government so to speak we have the right to investigate them all at any time we suspect them?

I read US history on how the US Honorable General Custard detailed his men to kill old and injured Indian men, as well as all Indian Women and Childeren when they found them. I read how his men commonly practiced mutliating the bodies living or dead to remove the skin of female mammanary glands and male scotums to be tanned and used for tobacco pounches, so why do they call pre-emptive strike a new policy the army has when they have been using these cowardly practices since then?

Did they think their legislation (minimum wage, port security, drug costs, etc) would fail with a GOP majority or is there some mechanism by which the majority can monopolize the House floor and prevent the minority from introducing legislation? Does the Senate work the same way?

Honest about his/her past? or would you rather them tell you what you want to hear. For example would you respect a person running for president if they came clean about say marijuana use during college or would you rather them not have done it at all? And do you think that if society expects perfection it causes some candidates to lie?

It was the British who won WW1 due to a Naval Blockade on Germany meaning no food got to the population. The US entered in the summer of 1918 although a year before they declared war on germany ( were ships so slow it took a year to travel 3000miles ). The war ended on 11th Novermber 1918 at 11am. The British had developed tanks before the US came in and had pushed the Germans back. Are you taught that you won WW1 or do you have an accurate teaching of it?

We will accept WW2 was highly down to you though but not WW1. That was Britain as we were the biggest superpower at the time and still were after.

I'm 13 and I get yelled at a lot so to pass the time and make me feel better I try to think of ways to help the society. right now I want to figure out a way to make a paperless society without having to spend too much money on gadgets and electronics because they are too expensive and if you make a student choose a PDA they'll just be picky about it and it tempts them to cheat. Maybe we can figure out a way to make something identical to paper/a paper substitute. For me I blame the printer because if we stuck to writing
I bet we could have used less paper because of the printer people can print documents in a snap. I'm sticking with a paper substitute because the trees are nearly gone and it is important to preserve them.

Good use or a paper substitute:
1.There would be no difference because I will make it as identical to paper as possible without using anything from trees
2. I dont know why but trees make everything seem so peaceful
