The only way that Clinton can get re-elected is if the Constitution is changed saying that a President can serve more than 2 terms.

The Constitution of the United States has a clause for maximum term in office for a president of two terms. Furthermore, once you hold the highest office in the land you are ineligible to hold any other publicly elected office, even if it's that of junior dog-catcher at Po-Dunk, PA.
So in order to reelect a two-term president you need an amendment to the US Constitution. And that is nearly impossible to accomplish as it is anyway. So there might be a way, but you have a better chance of making snow fall in the Sahara Desert.

Sure, repeal the 22th Amendment to the United States Constitution (ratified February 27th 1951). While we're at it... change the constitution to allow naturalized citizens to hold the office of President.
The individual who said "Furthermore, once you hold the highest office in the land you are ineligible to hold any other publicly elected office, even if it's that of junior dog-catcher at Po-Dunk, PA." is ABSOLUTELY incorrect !!
I HIGHLY doubt that we'll change the Constitution to re-elect a felonious perjurer and rapist

Yes. By electing Hillary!
Seriously, it would take a constitutional amendment because he has already served the maximum two terms allowed. The only exception in American history is FDR during WWII.

I don't believe there are enough feeble minded Americans to amend the Consitution so that this could happen.
Also America deserves the Capitalization far more than 'slick willie"
