I'm 13 and I get yelled at a lot so to pass the time and make me feel better I try to think of ways to help the society. right now I want to figure out a way to make a paperless society without having to spend too much money on gadgets and electronics because they are too expensive and if you make a student choose a PDA they'll just be picky about it and it tempts them to cheat. Maybe we can figure out a way to make something identical to paper/a paper substitute. For me I blame the printer because if we stuck to writing
I bet we could have used less paper because of the printer people can print documents in a snap. I'm sticking with a paper substitute because the trees are nearly gone and it is important to preserve them.

Good use or a paper substitute:
1.There would be no difference because I will make it as identical to paper as possible without using anything from trees
2. I dont know why but trees make everything seem so peaceful

My father has worked in the forestry industry in Maine for 30 yrs. You can't keep trees from growing here. They take over any field or lawn if not kept mowed. In most of the world trees are not disappearing just because of paper making. Trees are a renewable resource and grow back quite quickly in most areas. An area that has been clear cut harvested will be ready to harvest again in thirty years and most paper companies replant areas they have harvested to give these areas a head start. it is to their benefit that the trees grow back. These clear cut areas also provide young growth plants that animals use for food. The problem is the forests are being cut down to provide places to build homes and to graze the millions of livestock animals needed to provide meat to the fast food industry these areas are not allowed to grow back. Where do you think all those hamburgers come from? If you eat fast food you are promoting the destruction of forests in other countries where trees do not grow back as fast as they do in the U.S.A. Paper is also recyclable. Maybe your time would be better spent on promoting recycling in your area of the world, not only for paper, there are many products that are recyclable that we throw away every day out of convenience.

Some "paper" is made partially with cotton and some is made completely of cotton, but it's a bit more expensive. Some people use it for important documents, resumes, or to make a good first impression in correspondence. It seems reasonable that if more people bought it, there would be more manufacturing of it, but I don't know enough about the way it's processed to be able to say that the pros outweigh or far outweigh the cons.

Probably not, but Technology is the power right now.

Even "Yahoo Answers Team" may input chatting bridges from the answers.

New innovative ideas to make Yahoo Answers more powerful, but its'not for chatting, but you can IM or email right now for communication to the person, think about a way to change that.

Have little color lights that light up and blink on your page saying someone wants to chat and then you click from Answers straight to chat, but there will be no rooms. It will be one base and the people that chat there will be coming from the answers section that is starred for that particular question. This alleviates the chat rooms and puts people on yahoo Anwers more to get educated some:)

You won't be able to jump from one conversation to another unless you have answered the question and get starred.

The problem is because chatting rooms are deadly traps for children to get caught up in filth.

That is soon to be gone from Yahoo./ Its time to clean up.
So why not think of inventive ways to help Yahoo out though, the substitute paper idea is something to think about.
