What are my chances to stay and live in Britain if...

1. Pregnant with my bfs baby who is British
2. Not wanting a Work Visa, since I wont be working
3. Lived in Portugal for 3 years and have a Res Card to prove it (Family is Portuguese/Parents born in Portugal)
4. Im a Canadian
5.Never gotten in trouble with the law
6. Seprated from Ex and working on paper work

On it's very useful 'Do I need a Visa' page, you can select several dropdown menus that describe your situation. Here is example out-put:

"You asked if a national of Canada needs a visa to come to the UK as an unmarried partner. Yes, you need a visa."

Find a solicitor who specializes in immigration law in England. You need his help weaving through the ins and outs of the legal process. If you are still a Canadian citizen, you might not need to have papers to live there. Only an authority can give you the answers you need. Find one.

BTW, if you had no marriage license in your previous marriage, you were living together, not married. If you simply failed to get a copy of the marriage license, you can write for a copy from the office where you applied for the license. I worry for you, you should have been able to figure this out on your own. Start thinking, girl...you're about to have to raise a child of your own!
