Politics & Government - 18 January 2007

Liberals look at thinks in one view. They never look at the big picture. For many things they say what was done was racist and unfair but they never look at what could have happened if this had not been done. One example is Mccarthyism. All liberals see it as unfair but they do not understand how communism destroyed Russia and China. Please people give me your opinion. None of this liberals aren't narrow minded stuff!

They speak very aggressively but were reluctant to carry the "big stick" when it was their turn-or when their was an opportunity to fight for their country. It should scare alot of conservatives that their idols did not serve-kinda like when you find out your heros are phonies-Oh yea Clinton did listen to his Generals-unlike Bush.

Condoleeza Rice recently said that the war in Iraq was worth the investment. Since she is a potential Commander in Chief after the next election I want to know what Yahoo users think how many of our kids have to die before Iraq is no longer worth it. It seems that as long as the little rich white kids arent getting drafted the Feds feel free to send the rest of our kids into harms way.

With everything going on with the War on Iraq, NO WMDs found, no closure to Sept 11th, No Child Left Behind Act being under funded, The illegal Spy Program, High Gas Prices, National Job Loss, Tax cut for shipping jobs overseas, Huge National Debt, Tax cuts for the Richest 1% of America, Abuse of the USA PATRIOT ACT, CIA Leak case (still ongoing), Secret CIA Prisons, building of new detention facilities outside the US (Cuba), Torture of prisoners (Water Boarding), Holding POWs indefinitely w/o trial, No rights to POWs (lawyers/Red Cross not allowed to see them), Multiple Scandals in the GOP during his terms, and repeatedly deceiving the American People (WMDs, Saddam threat, Illegal Wire Tapping, Patriot Act, ect…) just to name a few.

What do you think though will be the outcome of this President in History books and please explain your reasoning for it.

then why are people opposed to using troops for training instead of for fighting? Should the objective remain combat? And if so, does that mean we are babysitting their civil war? How about using troops on the borders only? That way they can stop the insurgents from crossing over into Iraq? Is it because Bush has no idea how to seal a border?

It seems that the Neoconservatives led by Bush, McCain, Hagel and Warner are communists, since they are searching for compassionate conservatism as a justification and moral sanction for their elite status as well as open borders.

While the Christian Right and Conservatives have remained hard core on the planks of Republicanism...and are headed by offshoot unexpected spokesmen like Tancredo and even Gingrich.

If the country was polarized evenly, and the Republican party has split and torn apart...is it possible for them to ever put Humpty Dumpty back together again? Or win a major election?

Usually a 3% margin was the only necessity to guarantee a Presidential win...if the Republican Party has split 60/40 in favor of the Commie NeoCons...what does that mean for 08? A guaranteed Hillary Clinton Barack Obama Ticket Landslide? Is itpossible that Murdoch was forcing a leftward trend across the board to guarantee this outcome, since Murdoch supports Hillary Clinton for Prez?
