I obtained my 2 years card through marriage. Before 90 days of it to expire, i filed 1-75I to remove the condition. I mailed documents of proof of good faith marriage. I recieved a letter from the INS requesting me to send them within 30 days more proof in more documents.
My question is what are the proofs that are needed that would satisfy the INS ?
Also, how long will it delay my case since i have to mail more documents of proof ?
Last, will they request an interview ?
If anyone knows the answers, please help.
Thank you

Each country has different operating requirements within their own diasporas:

Given most countries not in this league have governments serve communities generally lacking in education, social awareness, funds and proper policing to back legislation, assuming legislation exists in the first place. In short, their prerogatives are different to those of a developed nation.

Postulation:
Is there an exclusive class of nations at work in their interest above other nations ?
What are your opinions ?

dont you think that there must be changes in the law? as we know the law has many faults in itself...

i believe that a person above 60 sentenced for death penalty should be instead given life sentence rather than hanging!

50 of the 52 key al-Qaeda terrorist leaders handed to United Nations soldiers in the form of a deck of cards have been killed or aprehended.

As advanced as our military is and the fact that the majority of these key terrorists have been killed has recently led to an interesting theory. Is it probably that the United States knows the location of bin Laden and will "miraculously" locate him right as the Bush cabinet is about to leave office, in time for 2008 elections? After all, we did find Saddam in a hole in a wall in a small Iraqi village in 2003. Subsequently, that was just enough time for Republicans to campaign his capture for the 2004 elections.

I believe politics is a free and voluntry service to the nation .
In my view I could not see a politician who is selflessly working for the country and it's people .selfless activities in my view do anything and everything for the sake of doing it with out expecting any sort of rewards for himself materially or otherwise .The intention of all activities should be for the sake of the country and it's people...Do we have any politician like that ..?

Stalk celebrities and take pictures of them in the nude?

And they are even allowed to take pictures of the celebrities in their own homes? Is it the "rights" of being in the paparazzi?

Shouldn't there be a law for that.

Why are people allowed to take a video or pictures of you without your consent? Eg. when you are walking on a street and this stranger takes a pic or films you specifically. I do not mean photographers at some event you are attending, that is alright of course.
Are they allowed to post the said footage or picture of you on the internet/mass media?

Is it a crime for someone to install spycams without you knowing it and then they post a video of you in the nude on the net, can you take legal actions against them in which you will have a high chance of winning? And what is the penalty?
Same scenario: but this time they have a footage/pic of you naked and they do not post it on the net but pass it around their friends. Can you still take actions against them?

You allow your significant other to take nude pictures/video of you and when you break up with them, they decide to post it on the internet. Can you take legal actions against them?

In the UK they do not, in the US I believe there are rights in place for unborn babies and this has led to some pregnant Women being prosecuted for drug taking and the like in pregnancy-(quoting my uni lecturer.) Do you think there should be laws in the UK that are similar? it would mean people could be prosecuted for deaths of unborn children, expecting parents could be held accountable for their childs poor health and so on, what's your opinion?

our hurting another only causes him or her to seek revenge in return and so on ad infinitum. Why do we do it? Why don't we as a species learn it is counter productive?

Answers I have gotten on here say, it is an instinct, it is in the Bible (an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth etc.), it is related to and caused by anger, etc. but if it is all these excuses can it not be controlled by education in the simple act of forgiveness? We as a species seem to all need an anger management course.
