Each and every governament and political parties always address poor people. When they reach in possition they founds supportig and gethering with wealthy. Damocrates, sociologist and communist always tries to do so ? why people are not being equal ?

You are right. When its your vote that counts they are on your side and I guess it is the same the world over. Unfortunately we seem better in the World and going somewhere if we try and become better off but it doesn't take much to cultivate a Nation where people don't strive anymore. We see this in England where everyone has enough to eat and many don't need anything else. I believe that all in the world should eat whether they work or not but it doesn't happen. All of us deplore real poverty but we don't know how to cure it. People will never be equal because the gene structure makes them more or less able in the type of World we have now.

take a few billion dollars we spend every year from the space programs, and we have nough money to solve homeless problem in america.

Bush found a way to muster up how many billions for this war, of false pretenses.
Imagine if that was dedicated to homelessness, and offered to business to create jobs.

Just the billions that IRAQ civilin contractors get alone could create hundreds of thousands of new jobs for people.

Things that can help would be for governments to adopt policies which discourage the concentration of wealth among small segments of society, dispell with 'hand-out' types of public assistance, and help the poor to empower themselves (look at the massively successful micro-lending programs in India).

Poverty can't be ended. You will always have poor people and it's a ludicrously unrealistic dream to "end poverty now."

You will only end poverty if the extremely rich and greedy people in this world decide to share all their money with the rest of us. That will never happen as money is power and they will never give away their power and leave themselves vulnerable.

You question is a little difficult to understand. However, looking at a economic point of view or macro-economic point of view to be correct. Poverty is necessary for our nation to function correctly. Yes, I would like to see an end to poverty. However, to rid it from society (looking at my economic point of view) anyone would be insane to try and rid poverty fully from society. No politician in their right mind would ever take on such a challenge. They would be mocked and ridiculed right out of office.
