They can issue a warrant for your arrest without informing you and you can be summarily arrested and imprisoned until such time as you can be arraigned by a judge on the charge of contempt for not responding to the summons.

If you received a subpoena by mail and know one followed up with you to make sure that you got it.Then. You never got it. You can't be arrested for not getting your mail.
If it came registered mail, then you'll get a bench warrant.
I wouldn't fight it too hard. If they want you in court. They will have you in court. It is much nicer to go to court when you are not led in while in handcuffs.

they're going to concern a bench warrant for you. Doesnt propose they're going to come and get you suitable away yet once you get pulled over then you definately would be arrested. you need to circulate. I dont think of that there is something you company ought to do to you reason you have been subpeona to circulate. i might circulate if I have been you...if the time hasnt previous

You can be arrested at any time if your absence wasn't explained and accepted by the court. You must be their to present some evidence or to testify and you should appear on court.

The Judge will issue a warrant for your arrest. Thus making your life MORE miserable than it already is.

Failure to appear will only add to your problems. It will put another charge against you and this one isn't even debateable.
