murder of judiciary. justice hurried is justice buried

Saddam Hussein was indeed guilty of the crime of genocide that he was charged with. So his execution is in order.

But the trial should have been carried out by a truly independent judiciary of a sovereign state. The present Iraqi dispensation is a puppet regime foisted by the US on the people of Iraq. It doesn't enjoy the confidence of the majority of the Iraqis. So the trial was not conducted by a sovereign Iraqi nation but by the US, which for all its pretensions is occupying Iraq illegally right now.

The way the trial was conducted was blatantly unfair and an illegality in itself. Able lawyers fighting for Saddam were either made to leave or were killed. The conviction and punishment was aired much before the trial ended. It is a sham when the accused can't defend himself. So the trial was a farce. Saddam was destined to die, trial or not.

We know Mr. Saddam was guilty but Mr. Saddam was a war prisoner and no any body have to right to hang them allegedly crime against humanity. Because it is totally against to Janeva convention.

And also the method adopted for the execution of Saddam is totally against the humanity. At the last moment torching of Saddam is also showed cruelty taken against Saddam.

So I think that execution of Saddam was injustice against him.

definitely depotism. This is just to show the strength of American over the World. Saddad was executed for the crime unproved in the court or proved by own persons of America. This is betrayel of one world policy.

Just hanginging biological bodies of Saddam or any convicted humans is not going to solve the problems from the world over! The more people you hang, there will be more and more breading of such people! Unless you become capable to change the thoughts and point of views of people from local to global or universal point of views, you will not going to succeed by hanging biological bodies! Thoughts are never going to be killed, they take possesson of other living bodies, and continue their journy into the world! If you wish to change the thoughts you need those bodies in alive condition! If you ever wish to change the world, then be the change that you like to bring into the world! Think Globally Act Locally!

Neither. He was executed for crimes against HIS nation, by HIS people. However, by them rushing it, Iraq made it look like they only wanted revenge, not justice. For the record, the US Government was not happy with how it was handled either so stop trying to make it a issiue.
