dont you think that there must be changes in the law? as we know the law has many faults in itself...

i believe that a person above 60 sentenced for death penalty should be instead given life sentence rather than hanging!

Death sentence is not a punishment to the concerned people but to rest of the folk to see that none repeat the same mistakes. As far as the people who are dying I think its a blessing for them rather than rotting in jail for years together it is only because of this reason the age of the convict is not taken into account during death penality.

Age or gender doesn't alter the crimes. If a 60 year old person does the same crime as a 25 year old, the punishment should be the same. It wasn't any easier on the victims because an older person committed the crime against them.
