A processor came to my house after 9:00 p.m. to serve a summons for a photo radar ticket. I informed the processor that I will not accept the ticket and closed my door. The next morning the summons was left under my door mat. Based on him leaving this at my door, does this mean I have been properly served and will have to appear in court if I don't pay the ticket before the court date? This is the first time I was aware of the ticket and the photo of me and my license plate is not clear, so if I have to go to court can I use the bad image of my picture and license plate as a defense?

If a U.S. citizen would forge legal documents, or steal someones identity, they would surely face a lengthly prison sentence. Why should "illegals" be able to stay, after they have proven they are nothing more than criminals?

or just the majority? why the hell should i pay for a lazy crackhead to get a new car with 24's while they dont work, have 6 babies and live in a 2 room shack? i dont understand it? you cant make me believe i should feel sorry for these people, if they want to live like that, fine, but ill be damned if i willingly pay for their rims! i hate communists. and so far on this site in the last half hour, ive seen about 15 people say that im selfish for not recognizing that these people arent "evolved" enough to enter the workforce, ok, you know wal-mart hires mentally handicapped people that can hardly speak, im not trying to make fun of handicapped people, im just making a point. now, if i was to walk up to someone with a 06' cadillac and chrome 24's with no job, and ask him if he wasnt as "evolved" as the handicapped kid at walmart, id expect him to punch me in the face, and call me a racist. WTF PEOPLE. if you want a good life, get a job, im not responsible for youre lack of ambition.

My husband died at the scene of the accident and the other driver had no insurance, failed to stop at a stop sign, and was driving on a revoked license. This was his 11th traffic violation in 2 years. Can he be charged with vehicular homicide and how do I push the issue so he doesn't kill someone else later. This young man has no regard for the law and that night had no regard for anyone's life. He never braked to try and stop before plowing into the drivers door of my husbands car and causing the passenger front axle to break and throw the car into a roll of over 100 yards before landing upside down with the drivers side door wedged against 2 power line poles. The people at the scene couldn't get to the car to see if anyone else was in it because it was in a culvert and my husband was ejected from his car to the pavement. I really want this young man to pay for his part in this. He broke laws that took my husband away from me and our son.

I recieved a speeding ticket on 12/09/06, now it's been over a month (01/18/07) since I've mailed my ticket for a hearing. How long does it usual take to get a response?

I live in Lowell, MA. Several people have told me that the court date should be on the ticket, but for mine I had to check a box requesting one and mailed it in.

if you give facts to liberals that contrdict the liberal point of veiw why do they start name calling (youre a bigot or racist) when the facts prove to be true? why cant a liberal handle the truth? it was once told a story about a man who went to africa on a safari. he said there was a place that you could put in a quater in a machine and get a hand full of food that you can give to the baboons that hung around there. the problem was that the baboons stopped going back into the wild to find their own food and just stayed there for the free hand out. on top of that the baboons were having babbies that never learned how to go out into the wild and find their own food. it was generation after generation that now had no idea how to survive on their own. now if i compare this to welfare that now makes me a racist in the eyes of liberals. why? is it not true if you give a man a fish you feed him for a day but teach him to fish you feed him for a life time?
