For me it doesn't matter if she's fake or not. It was not proven. Though I believe for legitimacy, however, I also believe that the Philippines needs something more than legitimacy - that's running the country properly and reviving the 50-50 Philippine economy. The economic figures of the country show a positive figure.
However, don't perceive that I'm an Arroyo supporter. My loyalty only lies with my country.

She looks real to me. Whether Glo. won the election fairly is something I don't know.
At the last Presidential election there were reports of irregularities and it comes down to whether you believe those reports. Her political opponents claim the ballot was rigged, that lots of votes weren't counted and that some election officials just made up results.
In most democracies supporters of the losing candidates often cry foul. Do you remember when George W. Bush was first elected President?
