It can be summed up in one phrase, "If God did not want them sheared, he would not have made them sheep." A corollary to this is "There's a sucker born every minute." That is the essence of the NeoCon philosophy. Because it is there, and there is as yet no one to stop them, they feel it is their right to take it. Whether it is in the US Treasury, or in the oil fields of the Middle East, they are ready to take it.

Maybe the President needs to look in the mirror to see a real terrorist, tyrant, and the likes. Mr. Bush himself

Bush was a terrorist courter before 9/11..after it it bit him in the cocaine-and-whiskey-shrunken raisin nads he went the do-everybody-in-I-think-I-can-bully route.

To create more terror, as in over spending in law enforcement and security and more spy organisations.
This makes the whole country afraid and creates awareness of the threat of terror.
