If his 'Mahdi' (Messiah) returns there will have to be bloodshed and chaos according to his belief. The 3rd wk of March is the equinox and he said by spring. Any Muslims out there also with explanation of what this event means to pres of Iran & rest of Islam/world? Thanks.

Does anyone know much about submarines? I am a writer and i had a crazzy idea for a way China could actually be a threat to Asia and the US.

throuhg a Russian group, a stealth torpedo so quiet Sonar as we know it now can not even trace it being launched.

In the story as a conflict in Asia put on by China but looking to be between Pakistan and India esculates, the US throws a large naval force into the area only to be ambushed by the subs who launch the stealth torpedo.

The navy, trying to recover from the deadly blow to a large portion of our naval strike force (carriers and such) must try to find a way to find the torpedoes.


My question is, is it possible to make a torpedo so quiet a sonar would have next to no chance tracking it?

The prosecuting attorney agreed to dismiss the case if I paid check and restitution for a bad check. Will the charges show up on my record? Its a municipal offense. Likewise, can I pass a background check? Thanks for the help.

in Afganistan is NOT all about the humanitarion mission, etc. Yes, Canada is know for peace keepers, etc. But in Afganistan our soldiers are the front line troops engaging the Taliban as much if not more than every one else.

While we only have a few thousand soldiers we are one of the smaller continegents there. But for some reason our soldiers are fighting more. Just because other countries have more men there does not mean they are fighting more.

Your American media does not report these things to you. Our Canadian Prime Minister is under fire from opposition parties for allowing our Canadian troops to be on the front lines like this.

The American public just does not get told that these brave men are fighting so bravely. There is nothing humanitarian about us killing Taliban!

Ok so I put my phone up for sale on craigslist.com. Some guy was interested and he e-mailed me and gave me his number. I called the guy the next day and that same day I told him to meet me around my neighborhood. He came and I showed him the phone, which was in perfect condition. He looked and checked the phone all over and he even went through it to see if anything was wrong. Ok, so after checking it he was very satisfied and he paid me for the phone. The next day he e-mails me and says that something is wrong with the phone. But when he looked at the phone at the time of purchase nothing was wrong he loved it. I told him I don't know what's wrong since the phone was a perfectly new phone. He now wants to give me my phone back and he wants me to refund him the money. I told him I can't help him anymore because I can't take a messed up phone when I sold him a perfectly normal one. He know wants to take me to court and sue me for punitive damages. Is this guy able to do this?

I think Tancredo will be in the Republican primary to get media attention and won't win the Republican nomination. However, I think he'll run for a third party (Constitution Party) and won't do as badly as Buchanan did. I think he could be a surprise if he runs as a 3rd party candidate. I may be a moderate Democrat but I'm really concerned about illegal immigration and I don't see the Republicans or Democrats offering any strong support for this issue. Could a one-issue candidate like Tancredo make a strong showing?

It's clear, the USA has died. The new USA, a.k.a., The North American Union, is here. We were cheated out of our freedoms. Sorry folks, but there are no foreign terrorists who threaten our freedoms. It is all internal. And those of you who support our demise.....well, you all have taken me to a new low. You have all but stripped my belief in God from me by blindly supporting worldwide MURDERS in the name of WHAT? I still haven't figured out WHY.

Anyway, one thing this new low has brought me, is back, closer to my HOPE that there really is a God. Because I know that, or I HOPE that, there are levels of hell. I may not make it to heaven, but I surely will now have to spend eternity with any of our illustrious leaders. They'll be in the bowels of hell.

All i really know, based on HOPE, is that if there is a heaven and hell, I'll not burn like Bush and those who have assisted him in creating this God forsaken nightmare.

Why are people so eager to get on the government handout line or the law-suit route to make/get money ?
Are people so lazy and or stupid that they know only one thing that is to spend money?
Are the people that receive FREE money such a sad bunch that they don't believe in actually working for it. Or getting a education ?

This is a generalization.. I know that people work -- I mean the foriegn BUMS that come into this country and start making plans to strap on the Great American "Feed Bag" .

my sis is 16 and outta control she assaulted me lastnite ! my dad and i had to use millitary restriants on her , in the process i she bit me on the arm, and tried to black my eyes but i blocked her arms and hands to where she didn't suceed!! im really upset ,shocked and not sure what to do?! even though it all happend at my parents house , they are still held accountable for her actions right?!, they said they are waitng for her to turn 18 i year & 4 months form now, but is there a better way to deal with this kid, i mean shes outta control and very violent amd agressive, please help!!!! i love her and care about her but she doesn't care about how my parents and i feel! i need some help here what would you all suggest i my parents and i do ? Im 24 and my parents are getting to old for this there in there 50s&60's is it posible for her to be emacipated since she has threatend to move out already and drop outta school! what are the laws and requirements for that?! amd is that an option?

I got a parking ticket back in November in Walnut Creek California. I put 2 quarters into the meter for an hour's time, and when I came back at 5 to the hour, I had a ticket that had been written 2 minutes earlier.
I immediately filed an appeal at the police department, but I just today recieved a statement in which the reviewer upheld the citation.
I still have the option to fight this by either personal appearance, or another written request. Is it worth it? Should I appear, or send in more paperwork? What can I do or say to prove my innocence in the matter?
It's only a $25 ticket, but it's more about the principle of the matter. I'm really upset that the city can get away with ***-raping law abiding citizens by pilfering their hard earned dollars,( no matter how little), and getting away with it so dismissively.(after a month of waiting to hear back, I called and they told me they would address my citation quote "when we get around to it"
Please help. Thanks
