He warned Bush 4 years ago about Iraq:
"If you break it, you own it"

How prophetic was that?

No matter which political party you align with, we all have to admit that President George W. Bush has had an "interesting" presidency. Considering the current state of things (no need to elaborate here, assuming we've all been conscious during the past several years), are you for W., against, or have you switched sides?

Is ther someone who can contact me regarding teen rights against harassment by the police? My 14 year old son got off of the bus from school and was walking home when a police officer stopped him and frisked him with no just cause. Can the police do that? My son has never been in trouble before.

in a pizza place people didn't answer with straight facts? Some people were saying that if Mexicans didn't like using the US dollar then get the hell out. And some said this is America and we should not be accepting pesos. But did you know on the Canadian border we accept Canadian money? So its ok to accept money from Canada but not Mexico?

I am sick of this anti-war movement.why are we so ignorant?we had a dictator that harbored/supplied terrorists, killed thousands upon thousands of innocent people, stored WMD's (yes,he did have them at one time),invaded a defenseless country, terrorized his own people, broke the treaty that was supposed to have curtailed him,& yet I hear people say that we never should have gone after him!to me,that makes no sense. Now,everyone wants to pull out before the job we started is finished.Like it or not, America is the only SuperPower left ,and we have an obligation as a compassionate nation, to help those in need whic in turn helps secure OUR protection. What would have happened if we pulled out of Japan/Germany/South Korea before the job was done?We did the same (rebuilding/fight resistance) in those places that we're doing now in Iraq.I don't hear anyone bashing our Grandparents.Just like WWII showed, world affairs affect us no matter how much we want to stay out.Why is this hard to understand??

I was told by my workplace that I am not allowed to write where I work on myspace because of the content of some videos that I have on my page. Somebody might google my workplace and find my videos and associate them with or represent the company (which by the way have nothing at all to do with anything in the company whatsoever). They said I absolutely have to remove it or they will speak to myspace to remove it. What I really want to know is are they allowed to tell me what I can and cant say on myspace? Can they legally make me take the company name off my page? I believe I have a freedom of speech, and I want to know if I have to do what they say, because I dont think I have to. I never once say that I represent the company, just that I work there. I am damn proud I work there and I want to advertise it, because where I work is a great company! I just dont want anyone to trample on my freedoms. Please let me know what you think of all of this.

i would like to see the u.s. take a much more even handed approach in the middle east. if they would quit supporting israel and it’s apartheid regime, and work towards setting a realistic peace process, and holding israel accountable for it’s wrongdoings, (i.e.-blowing up peoples homes, seizing land to set up settlements, rape and so on). you see, many arabs see the palestinian problem as the biggest issue in the middle east. and the relentless support for israel,( which the americans are getting nothing back, other than SPIES i.e. jonathan pollard). second, the middle east as a whole, the u.s. needs to stay the hell out of and we DEFINITELY need to change our foreign policies. because of our policies, we are creating the extremism in the middle east towards the west, where before was in very small numbers, and now is growing due the american operations in the middle east.

I recently lost my husband of two days. The Federal govt., SSA says I am a widow and sent me the survior/spouse death benefit. However, NYS says I can not collect widow's benefit because I was not married for the 9 months previous to his death. We had lived together 33 years, but Common Law does not exist in NYS. Do I stand a chance with an appeal to Soc. Sec.
Why does the Federal Govt. not take over rule the state on a federal program.

I don't like the idea of having to pay to find public information. People who are incarcerated do have some rights, but it should be free and easy to find out about people who have been incarcerated, so long as it's not looking up information like SS# and what not.

A Texas-based pizza chain has come under fire recently for accepting pesos as a form of payment in addition to US currency. What I want to know is, what do you think of this? Do you agree with their stance or not? Btw, the pizza chain in question has a large number of hispanic customers, and any prospective worker(I think it's just the managers though, I could be wrong)is required to be bilingual in both Spanish and English languages.

Has it become clear to Americans that is a war for oil, it has failed, the Bush administration is cowering, does not want to admit one of its many faults, and our troops must be returned.
And for you proud, republican patriots, I ask you to prove me wrong, not by a sentence, but by substantial evidence that is war is not to establish a democracy. and it is a FACT that the administration knew there were know wmd's in Iraq.

I'm sure we wouldn't like it if when we went to Cancun, Los Cabos, or anywhere in Mexico they stopped taking dollars. This one issue is a real stupid one. If they want to take pesos, **** it, let them take pesos. Hurts no one. I know its a symbol for some, but I don't deal with symbols. Symbols are for pathetic, brainless cowards that stand for nothing.

minimum wage has always been consistent in creating higher unemployment because of the costs to pay more employees higher salaries.

Unemployment rates on the other hand have had a strict correlation with crime rate increase, that means higher unemployment the higher the crime rate(this is usually the case)

If minimum wage effects unemployment and unemployment effects the crime rate than would a decrease in minimum wage also decrease the crime rate ?
