The state of New Jersey alone says that illegal aliens cost their taxpayers $2.1 billion per year for education, medical care and incarceration. Multiply that by the 48 contigulous states. How much money is that? My calculator doesn't go that high. What do you get

I have a theory that people can find fault in any political figure. But there had to be one who had the support of most, if not the whole counrty. Also, what about presidents that were revered during their office but have been vilified as more has come out about their dealings outside the public eye? Would you rather know your president was a scumbag while he was still in office, or find out 20 years later?

I see a lot of pictures of this on online social networking sites and it seems as though it is self-incriminating.

I would have fully supported a war in Afghanistan, as a response to the WTC's (Republicans, just because I'm a Democrat doesn't mean I'm completely anti-war), but instead he directed his attention to WMD's, and there's been nothing about Afghanistan since.

I may be misinformed, but an explanation would be appreciated.

Coincidence? I think not.

Is it that you lack the intelligence to communicate your views adequately?
Or is it that your bored and getting people riled up is fun!?
It seems to occur on the left and the right.
I for one would like to be able to have ACTUAL conflicting opinions shared because that's how change happens!!
Repb./Dem. and every other political party ....voting or backing only your parties views seems wrong to me.
Anyone who makes a decision about an issue without hearing all of the facts .....how is that productive?
Being a part of Y/A for only about 1 mo. now. I see some things that frighten me and then sometimes I realize that this forum can't be taken to seriously.
Does anyone feel that any of this is helpful or educational? Has anything you answered or asked changed anything you believed before?

I think John Fonda Kerry had a speech coach. I saw a tape of him before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and he sounded like Thurston Howel III from Giligian's Island. He probably didn't want to "sound" rich (you know, he only VACATIONED in the South of France, its not like he lived there).

Is anyone else sick and tired of the Blue-Blooded Neo-Lib elite trying to hijack our great institutions and initiate their own modern brand of classism?

I am!

Simple question.

Is it OK with you personally that the president and vice president and pretty much all of the architects of this war DID NOT SERVE IN COMBAT THEMSELVES?

See if you can answer the question directly instead of dodging it by using the easy way out and saying Clinton dodged the draft, OK?

CLINTON did not declare war on Iraq and he isn't president now.

ANSWER THIS SIMPLE QUESTION: IS IT OK WITH YOU THAT BUSH, CHENEY AND THE REST DID NOT SERVE IN COMBAT AND IF SO WHY???

I asked this girl to homecoming, but I gave her a note, and I didnt see her at all for her to be able to rspv. I finally saw her after my spanish class going to class at the other building, the last day they were selling tickets. because she traveled from one school to another, she would leave 5 minutes before class,(School rule) so I had planned to talk to her about it during the traveling period, telling the sub i was getting a drink, and play things casually. problem that was the only time i would see her all day. we had a presenter for health, and after presentations, we are required to do a mini essay on the presentation. Well the sub was a long-term sub, and was very lazy, and had the students do the work she didnt feel like doing, so she made us do this essay during the traveling time (5 min) and being a real jerk. I didnt end up getting to go to the dance, and the sub knew about this girl, and didnt approve it. did i have a right to be angry with her?
